Text: to be under necessity or obligation to
so.. the sentence “he shall tender the resignation of the…” simply means he MUST tender the said resignation. MANDATORY, no question ask. tak paham jugak? tu laa.. dulu orang soh pi belajar takmo.. skrg nak berlagak pandai plak.. kalau sendiri jer susah takper.. ni menyusahkan orang lain.. aiyo, better die laa like this..
