i just had 2 games of bowling with my friends this evening at ARL Bowling, Alamanda, Putrajaya.. i won the first with 125 points, and only managed to get 102 points for the 2nd.. but overall, i think i still got 2nd place.. ahead of mr. suhaizi, who now owes me a waffle with 4-scoops of ice-cream on it hehehe

completing that 2 games today bring my total games played since 1999 to at least 58 games.. this is what my personal record shows.. i keep it in a text file heheheh.. why at least 58? because i didnt have any records for the year 2003 and 2005.. i dont think i didnt played any games on that years.. plus on 2001 and 2004, i only recorded 1 ocassion each.. so base on the record, i’ve played at least 58 games since 8th of june 1999..

this year alone, i played 7 games.. the most games played was in 2000 with 14 games.. and the lowest is 2 games in 2001..

with that 58 games, my total points will be 6915.. bringing my average to 119.22 point.. my personal best is 180 points, played on 18/08/2004 of the 2nd from 3 game at the flamingo, ampang.. and my lowest point is 83 points - 11/05/2000 @ ampang point..

since getting that personal best of 180, i never managed to get past 150 points.. so, my target is to play at least 10 games next year and try to beat my personal best.. hopefully reaching that 200 points

Lima 2007 just ended last saturday - 8th dec 2007.. i was there as one of the committee member for the Day Visit.. my job was to be at the airport to meet the VVIP guest and usher them to their respective cars.. nothing glamour about it but i have to be at the airport almost all the time.. luckily, the aerial display was just next door so i have the opportunity to witness the displays by the famous Red Arrows and also by other participants including our very own MiG & Sukhoi display..

the weather was hot though.. it rains some of the time, but mostly it was very hot.. the winds are quite strong - no wonder our paratroopers got blown away to the sea.. it was very sad to lose our paratroopers - may god bless their soul..

and now, i’m back in KL.. but still unable to go to work.. i’m down with fever, a high fever - 102F / 38.8C.. i got 2 days MC and hopefully i’ll be well enough to go to work on wednesday.. for now, i need to get some rest.. cya..

yesterday.. 20th of november 2007.. is the last day of working for YBhg. Dato’ Jesbil Singh, Deputy Secretary-General (Management) of Ministry of Defence. He’s been in the public sector for a little bit over 32 years.. and all of it was in Mindef.. and because of this, YBhg. Dato’ Jesbil Singh has been known as a closed PTD in Mindef.. it’s a feat, worthy to be remember in Mindef history..

and today.. the 21st of november 2007.. is the first day of retirement for YBhg. Dato’ Jesbil Singh.. and the beginning working environment without him in Mindef.. although i’ve only known him for only a year.. it has been a memorable experience.. it is an honour to know him, a dedicated and humble man..

to YBhg. Dato’ Jesbil Singh.. thank you so much.. and happy retirement, sir.. may god bless you, always..

last friday.. the rumour was confirmed.. my Under-Secretary / Division Secretary (Setiausaha Bahagian) has been promoted to Deputy Secretary-General (Human Resource) at the Ministry of Education effective this 22nd October..

although she’s been my boss for a short period - 9 months not including my DPA time - it was really an honour to work with her.. and i’m kind of sad to see her leaves us but this how we work.. she has to go if not she will not get that promotion..

Congratulations, and all the best, Puan.. insya Allah we’ll meet again..

DPA dah abih sebulan yg lalu.. 6 julai 2007 hari terakhir.. mmg satu pengalaman yg sungguh tak ternilai.. satu suasana yg memberi kesan yg mendalam.. suka, duka, masam, manis semua ada.. sesuatu yg tak mungkin lagi berulang.. sesuatu yg akan aku kenang sampai bila2..

tiada lagi xtvt berkayak, whaling, panjat gunung, menembak, pakai BA, main air, main api, menyanyi, menari dsbnya..

2 minggu terakhir mmg penuh dgn xtvt.. minggu sintesis nama dia.. macam2 hal.. kemuncaknya adalah makan malam bersama KSN.. and the best part is.. this batch of DPA1/2007, my batch, mendapat pujian dari tetamu2 pada malam tu termasuk lah YBhg. Tan Sri KSN sendiri.. even dah balik opis, TKSU aku puji batch 1/2007.. i’m soo proud of my batch..

but.. with all that pujians yg datang.. the expectations are very very high.. DPA is over.. its time to work and show and prove that we mean business.. this is the real deal.. we have to push our ability to the limits.. and i’m sure we can..

anyway.. to all my friends of DPA 1/2007.. terutama kepada Sidang E.. thanks to all the memories.. it’s really an honour to be with all of you.. and going through the DPA together..

finally.. after almost 7 weeks being offline.. my streamyx connection has been restored.. the offline was bcos of i applied to upgrade my streamyx from 1Mbps to 4Mbps.. but due to poor line condition i’ll never get that 4Mbps speed.. so now, back to 1Mbps.. its a no matter cos with this 1Mbps in best effort speed, i’m still satisfied..

its been confirmed.. all of participants of DPA 1/2007 will be going to terengganu for 16 days to do some research on 3 districts.. the districts that have been chosen are besut, setiu & ulu terengganu.. each district will have approx. 126 participants.. and i will be going to the besut district.. we will be leaving this sunday (3rd june) @ 5pm..
